Prof. Priestley’s research interests cover the areas of asset pricing, dividend policy, corporate governance and international financial markets. His research has been published in the Journal of Business, Economic Journal, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Empirical Finance and the Journal of International Money and Finance, amongst others. In addition to BI, he as also taught at the ISMA Centre at the University of Reading and at Brunel University. He has consulted on cost of capital calculations and asset allocation issues for various corporations and institutions.

International finance, asset pricing, dividend policy, corporate governance.
